Touraine Sauvignon
cepage This 100% Sauvignon blanc is grown on flint clay soil in the Cher valley.
teinte Light and smooth on the palate with aromas of boxwood and citrus fruits. Round and fresh, it has a lovely persistence on the palate.
accords Superb as an aperitif, this dry white wine will also happily accompany charcuterie, seafood, grilled or smoked fish, fish in sauce, and goat's cheese. To be served chilled, between 8 and 10°C, and to be drunk within 2 years following the harvest.
Touraine Tradition
cepage This wine, typical of Touraine, is grown on the plateaux overlooking the Cher and benefits from flint clay soil.
teinte This wine stands out straight away with its elegant dark red colour with bluish tints. Behind the aromas of red berries and spices (pepper), it comes through as eloquent and balanced on the palate.
accords To be enjoyed with grilled or roasted red meat dishes, or red meat in sauce, as well as with white meat, charcuterie and cheese. Serve at 15 to 16°C. Ageing potential: 3 to 4 years.
Rosé de Loire
cepage Made by blending the Cabernet Franc and Gamay varieties, this Rosé de Loire, is grown on flint clay soil.
teinte With its lovely light pink colour with grey hints, it is a fresh and voluptuous wine. It gives off aromas of red berries (strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant).
accords To be served chilled as an aperitif, or with starters, mixed salads, charcuterie, grilled dishes and light cheeses. To be drunk young.
Touraine Pinot Noir
cepage 100% Pinot Noir. This Touraine is grown on the valleys overlooking the Cher, on flint clay soil.
teinte Beautiful ruby red in colour with garnet tints. Intense on the nose with aromas of lightly preserved ripe red berries. Smooth, crisp and light in its attack, this wine grows in strength on the palate to reveal a good tannic structure.
accords Serve with grilled meats, roast duck or cheese. Ageing potential: 2 to 3 years.
