The vineyard is at Montrichard, above the Domaine Paul Buisse, dominating the Cher Valley. This is a very rich wine with delicate and fruity aromas.This wine is vinified and aged on the lees in new oak barrels for a year. |

With its lovely color with golden reflections almost buttercup , it is a fresh and voluptuous wine. It gives off aromas of white flowers, citrus and peaches. It is delicious on the palate, slightly woody and vanilla with a good aftertaste. |

Served at 8 ° C on all seafood: shellfish, salmon with dill. It also accompany the goat cheese.
