Light yellow in colour with tints of green. Floral notes on the nose (acacia flower) with aromas of fresh almonds. Well-balanced between round and crisp on the palate. |

This wine will happily accompany charcuterie, grilled fish or fish in sauce, shellfish and roast poultry. It is equally suitable as an aperitif. Serve at 10°C. Ageing potential: outstanding if in a good cellar. |

This 100% Chenin blanc is grown on clay-limestone soil on the north bank of the Loire, on the Vouvray hillsides. The grapes were selectively handpicked in a late harvest, in several stages. The grapes were gathered, botrytised and raisined. |

Bright straw yellow in colour. Complex aromas of white flowers and candied citrus fruits on the nose, roused by hints of vanilla and honey. Dried fruit flavours dominate on the palate with a fleeting smoky note. The smoothness and delicateness of this wine give it an air of charming sophistication. |

This wine is pleasant as an aperitif and is ideal when accompanied by fois gras and fine quality desserts. Serve at 8-10ºC. Ageing potential: several decades if stored in a good cellar. |

This 100% Chenin blanc is grown on clay-limestone soils on the north bank of the Loire, on the Vouvray hillsides. The grapes were selectively handpicked in a late harvest, in several stages. The grapes were gathered, botrytised and raisined. Fermentation lasted 10 months. |
